Hiroki wants to ensure our customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your product, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

To return an item, you must meet the following terms:

• Returns are only available within 30 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be unused and in retail quality.
• Hiroki reserves the right to accept or deny any returns requests based on the state of the product when it is received from the customer.
• The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product.
• Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items.

To initiate a return, please email contact@hiroki.co.nz with your reason for return and your purchase receipt.

Customers will not be refunded for initial purchase shipping costs.
